4. Payment Terms

• Late payments may result in service suspension

7. Limitation of Liability

Magana Media LLC provides services on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee specific results or revenue outcomes. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for services rendered.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Clients remain responsible for payment of services rendered through the termination date.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
